3PE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Coated Steel Pipe is a high-performance anti-corrosion steel pipe, which is based on HFW steel pipe or LSAW steel pipe as the base pipe, and is coated with a three-layer composite anti-corrosion structure through professional processing technology. The three-layer structure is composed of an inner fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) layer, a middle adhesive layer and an outer polyethylene (PE) layer. It integrates the excellent adhesion of epoxy resin, the good bonding performance of the adhesive and the wear resistance, impact resistance and anti-aging performance of polyethylene, forming a comprehensive anti-corrosion protection system. It is widely used in long-distance pipeline transportation, municipal engineering and other fields that have high requirements for anti-corrosion and service life.
2.1 Superior Anti-Corrosion Performance: The three-layer composite structure forms a dense barrier, which can effectively isolate the base pipe from soil, water, air and chemical media, preventing corrosion, rust and erosion, and fundamentally extending the service life of the steel pipe.
